Nexus Analytix

Single family residential homes of one year old or less require construction and architectural exhibits to be submitted to the lender (FHA/HUD) and /or the real estate appraiser to be eligible for insured financing. Nexus Analytix™ has created a program to collect all the documents, create digital archives and assist in the distribution of these exhibits, to the required parties. The lender does not need to maintain all of the documents; however, some are required to be provided to the appraiser before completing the appraisal report.

Required documents include:

• Builders Certification of Plans, Specifications and Site
• Builders Warranty Form
• Building Permit
• Certificate of Occupancy or Compliance Inspections
• Copy of 10-Year Warranty
• Well and Septic Report from Local Health Authority (if applicable)

Other documents that may be required based upon the percentage of completion:

• Blueprints
• Plot Plan (Survey)
• Floor Plan
• Exterior Elevations, Sections and Details
• Description of Materials Form (specifications)
