Two basic inspection levels are offered and an array of inspection reports (including custom client specified reports) are available to suit the clients needs.

• Exterior Field Inspection Report - Client may specify that inspections are to be completed by a real estate sales professional, field inspector, or licensed or certified appraiser to suit their need or cost requirements. Inspector with identify and document observable damage and indicate if a more in-depth inspection is recommended.

• Interior and Exterior Field Inspection Report - Client may specify that inspections are to be completed by a real estate sales professional, field inspector, or licensed or certified appraiser to suit their need or cost requirements. Inspector will identify and document observable damage and indicate if a more in-depth inspection, repair or certification are recommended.
